What’s Most Important To You? [The Leader’s Top 12 List]

At the end of this short article, I am going to kindly request 30 seconds of your precious time.

Here’s why.

Approximately a year ago, I surveyed a large segment of executives, business owners and leaders to hone-in on the top challenges for 2015.  After the opportunity to tally the insight and get ‘under the hood’ on what’s most important to you, the path for 2015 became clear.

Growth.

In fact, my 2 words for 2015 became “Your Growth”.  They still are.  From your personal life to your professional career, you’re unsettled with anything less than an all-out chase to become more – in fact, you’re passionately obsessed with stretching yourself, the people who matter to you, as well as your organization.

What I’ve learned is how much we have in common.  We fit together.  Thank you for being here and being a part of this rapidly growing circle.

From increasing revenue, to better strategy design, execution, leadership, talent development, innovation, and even personal growth topics, CircleMakers™ published well over 50 pieces of fresh content and delivered several hundred downloads of our Growth Strategy e-book and training webinar.

We launched Project 24, featuring 24 exclusive interviews where leaders shared real-world advice on how they juggle career and family — we completed the first 12 interviews in Q4, 2015 and are planning to release our second 12 in the spring of 2016 — look for more on this topic coming soon.

In all, through the last 9 months of 2015, on a new web platform, CircleMakers.co amassed over 33,000 views, to which we’ve provided you a list of the TOP 12 most viewed articles of 2015:

I am grateful for the opportunity to share my passion with you and your colleagues.  While the 33,000 views reflects an increase over the previous year (by a lot), I am far less concerned about your ‘clicks’ and way more interested in ‘impact’ and ‘usefulness’.

As we embark on a new year, I need your insight and advice.

Help me make 2016 bigger and better.  Help me deliver you the timely content and resources that you care most about, when you want it, and how you want it.  Help me deliver you the very best and most relevant insight, inspiration and advice for your biggest growth challenges.

Most of all, help me protect your precious time.  In the few minutes we spend together each week, I commit to bring punchlift and value to your most important growth initiatives.
